The Plan

Simply going home from work one last time is not an option. How about stretching my legs for a really long commute by bike?

The Plan is to start in Waterford after my farewell party on July 10th.

Maybe I can even sneak into Donegal?

Back South I'll take the train and jump on the ferry in Cork on July 25th. Port of call is Roscoff in Brittany. In France I'll get company. We'll follow primarily EuroVelo 6 alongside the rivers and channels through Burgundy and beyond until we reach the Rhine.

In Alsace some family time is scheduled in various flavors, until I hit the road east again to hit home around mid September.
